PTI to challenge Protection of Pakistan Ordinance in SC
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Tuesday announced to move Supreme Court against Protection of Pakistan Ordinance (PPO) with the consultation of all the opposition parties.
Flanked by PTI Chief Imran Khan outside the Parliament House, the PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi told media that all the opposition parties in the parliament protested against the bill.
Qureshi said the PTI already has the support of Muthaida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Jamat-e-Islamai (JI) to challenge the PPO in the SC.
