PM Nawaz offers condolence to Modi over loss of lives in Indian from earthquake

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif called his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on Thursday to offer condolence over the loss of lives in Indian from the earthquake.

The PM House spokesman said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed solidarity with the people of India in this difficult time.
Prime Ministers Sharif and Modi also discussed SAARC nations conducting regular joint exercises on disaster relief and rescue.
Indian Prime Minister Modi tweeted that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif appreciated India’s efforts in the rescue operations in Nepal and he thanked him for his kind words.
