RAW involved in terrorism: IG Frontier Corps
By APPQUETTA: Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan Maj General Sher Afgun on Saturday said Indian spy agency RAW and Afghan intelligence agency were involved in militancy and terrorism in the province.
Talking to media, he said Indian consulates in Afghanistan are involved in random acts of terrorism in Balochistan. He said security situation has improved in the province as a result of targeted operations.
He said the enemy was traced out and defeated due to good interaction and cooperation of people with security forces. He said that peace has been restored and now there is no “No Go Area” in Balochistan.
The IG said FC has been running several projects pertaining to education and health. He said around 15000 students were enrolled at FC schools and colleges in different parts of Balochistan while FC doctors and medical teams provided free of cost medicines to about 47000 patients in the province during last 15 years.
