Making Pakistan a peaceful place is our mission, vows PM Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned Quetta carnage and stated that such incidents could not deter their resolve to eliminate terrorism from the country.

Speaking in the National Assembly, PM Nawaz said, “We will move forward with full strength to root out terrorism from Pakistan.”

He said the mindset behind the Quetta attack was the same one that had targeted Pakistanis in numerous terrorist attacks in the past, adding that this mindset would be defeated at all cost.

The Premier went on to say war against terror (operation Zarb-e-Azb) would be brought to its logical conclusion. He also stressed to forge unity to fight the enemy.

Pakistan, today was more secure and stable when compared with the yester years, he added.

“Making Pakistan a peaceful place is the mission of the entire nation,” Nawaz asserted.

He said, “Securing borders and internal security is the job of National security institutions which they are performing with great responsibility.”

PM Nawaz said civil and military leadership is active and on the same page against terrorism.

Pakistan has launched a campaign to create awareness among the people of the entire world over Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
