PTI demand over four constituencies unconstitutional, govt tells SC
ISLAMABAD: The government on Thursday submitted its reply to the Supreme Court over PTI application seeking to open four constituencies of the National Assembly in Lahore.
The response was submitted through the Attorney General Office to the Registrar Office of the Supreme Court.
Sources said that the government told the apex court that PTI application could not be admitted for hearing as the party’s demand was illegal and unconstitutional.
