We want investigation for transparent elections: Imran

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan on Thursday said that who will be responsible if Prime Minister’s mandate is proven bogus after the lapse of one and a half year.

Speaking at a ceremony of Islamabad High Court Bar, Khan said that all the parties whether they won or lost had been saying that rigging was carried out in the election.

He said that the PTI had demanded the government to open only four constituencies while in Afghanistan 7 million votes were recounted.

The PTI chairman said that he had accepted the election process for the sake of country but didn’t compromised on rigging.

He said that he wanted investigation for transparent polls and to avoid rigging in the next election.
