LAHORE – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leadership has lauded PTI Chairman Imran Khan for ending sit-in at D-Chowk Islamabad to express solidarity with the nation.

In a joint statement on Thursday, PPP Punjab President Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo and deputy information secretary Abid Siddiqui said that the government should now remove Imran’s reservations on elections. They said that brutal attacks of terrorists could never let down the morale of the nation and Pak Army, adding the nation would fight terrorism till the elimination of last terrorist.

“The stance of the PPP is always clear that force is needed to kill terrorists in Pakistan,” the PPP leader said, adding that the majority of Pakistan's population was democratic and peaceful so it rejected terrorism.
