Dolphin force coming to Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: IG Punjab Mushtaq Ahmad Sukaira has ordered for deployment of Dolphin Force (DF) in Rawalpindi, on the pattern of Lahore. Through a circular, police personnel working in all over the district have been given a chance to be inducted in the force

In the first phase, Dolphin Force will be inducted in rural areas; 154 personnel have been decided to be appointed in those areas.

Decision has been taken to select these 154 personnel from the serving police personnel in the district. Police personnel ranging from ages between 18 to 24 years, and educational qualification FA and a height 5 feet 9 inch will be selected for this force.

This dolphin force in Rawalpindi will work with one SP, 3 DSPs and 12 inspectors. A refresher course will also be organised for all officials of this dolphin force in Rawalpindi in the first step.
