Nisar chairs meeting to review law, order situation

ISLAMABAD – Minister for Interior Affairs Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Wednesday chaired a high level meeting to review law and order situation.
The meeting reviewed law and order situation, the security arrangements put in place for educational institutes, media houses and other important buildings, various measures being taken to further improve policing in the federal capital and the progress made so far on registration of International NGOs.
The meeting was attended by Coordinator of National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), Chief Commissioner, Inspector General (IG) Islamabad, Deputy Commissioner, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Zonal SPs and senior officers of Interior Ministry, said a press release issued here.
