Full court meeting held in SC
CJ presides over meeting to discuss appointment of officers and staff of SCINP
ISLAMABAD – A full court meeting was held on Thursday in the Supreme Court of Pakistan under the Chairmanship of Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk to discuss various matters relating to the amendments in the Supreme Court appointment of officers and servants and terms and conditions of service Rules, 1982.
The issue was discussed thoroughly and referred to rules committee for consideration of the representations filed by the different Supreme Court employees. It was attended by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sh Azmat Saeed, Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rahman, Justice Mushir Alam, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan, Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Qazi Faez Isa. Supreme Court Registrar Syed Tahir Shahbaz also attended the meeting.
