INP

PESHAWAR - Fighter jets of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Friday flew past the Army Public School to honour the martyrs of the deadly attack on December 16.

The PAF spokesman said that three JF-17 Thunder fighter jets flew past the school on Friday morning to salute the martyred schoolchildren, teachers and other staff of the Army Public School. Exactly a month has gone by since over 150 people mostly schoolchildren were martyred in a brazen attack on the school by militants in Peshawar. Thirty days after the incident, parents of the martyred children are still suffering from the pain. No compensation has so far been paid to the parents despite promises.
