Army Chief lauds Flyweight Champion Waseem
RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa met with the World Boxing Council (WBC) Silver Flyweight Champion Muhammad Waseem at General Headquarters on Friday.
According to Inter Services Public Relations’ (ISPR) statement, Muhammad Waseem was lauded by the Army Chief Qamar Bajwa for his exceptional accomplishments.
The COAS also expressed his confidence Waseem would be a role model for the youth of Pakistan and they would follow in Waseem’s footsteps to bring good name to the country.
