5 sensitive agency personnel killed in Sargodha road mishap
SARGODHA: Five personnel of a sensitive agency were killed in a road accident that took place near Sargodha, Geo News reported on Friday.
According to police, the personnel were on their way to Sargodha after attending the funeral of their colleague on Thursday night when their vehicle met with an accident on Sargodha-Jhang road near Pathan Kot.
The unfortunate car collided with a speeding truck approaching from the opposite direction that severely injured eight personnel of a sensitive agency who were shifted to Combined Military Hospital, Sargodha where five of them succumbed to their injuries.
The three injured personnel are currently being treated at the CMH.
The driver of the killer truck fled from the site after the accident. However, the police have lodged the case against the driver.
