PML-N holds talks when at verge of losing grip: Khursheed Shah

 

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah Monday said Pakistan Muslim League-N engages in negotiations when it reaches at the verge of losing control.

Speaking to media persons here at Jakhrani House, Khrusheed Shah said his party was not taken into confidence before issuing the notification in connection with calling out the army in Islamabad.

He said holding a protest or public meeting is a democratic right of both Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Tahirul Qadri.

However, he added that in case workers of a party resort to creating disturbance, its responsibility would fall on its leadership.

Shah wondered if the federal government is unable to tackle just 1.5 million population of Islamabad then how would it look after the whole country.
