NewsPM Nawaz to meet Modi in Russia on Friday
OSLO: Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is set to hold a meeting with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on Friday (July 10) on the sidelines of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, Indian media reported.
According to the reports, the meeting between the two leaders will be 30-minute long.
Earlier reports said the SCO summit and the meeting between the two premiers will take place in Ufa.
India and Pakistan are not the members of SCO, however, the two PMs are attending the summit as observers.
In an interview with Russain news agency, PM Nawaz Sharif said the SCO will provide India and Pakistan a common platform allowing both the countries to work together and help improve bilateral ties.
