Pervez Rashid criticizes NAB
ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Pervez Rashid on Wednesday criticised the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), saying the anti-corruption body has targeted those politician who challenged dictatorship.
The minister was criticising NAB for leveling allegations against Sharif brothers. “Allegations against Nawaz Sharif were made at the behest of Musharraf, who could not prove them. Neither could NAB bring the allegations to court of law,” he said.
He said a law would be introduced under which a person would be tried who would not be able to prove his allegations.
