Sana opposes de-seating PTI, seeks Imran’s apology
Punjab minister calls PTI sit in a conspiracy by establishment

LAHORE – Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday said that members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) should not be de-seated from the assemblies, saying party chairman Imran Khan should apologise for the rigging allegations.

In a TV interview on a resolution to de-seat PTI members from the assemblies, the provincial minister said that personally he was against de-seating the PTI lawmakers. He said that the PTI should be kept a part of the political system. Commenting on the local bodies system, he said that the local body elections in Punjab can be delayed to October or November due to the floods.

He said that there was no doubt about it anymore that Imran Khan’s sit-in was a conspiracy by the establishment. He said that Imran Khan was a part of the conspiracy but he should apologise now after the judicial commission report as per the agreement.
