Imran calls for the rescue of kidnapped son of SHC Chief Justice

PTI chief Imran Khan condemned the kidnapping of the son of Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah and raised questions on the performance of the law enforcing agencies.

According to details, the PTI chairman reacted to the kidnapping of Awais Ali Shah from a supermarket in Karachi's posh Clifton area. Imran said that the kidnapping has raised a question about the performance of the law enforcement agencies.

"In a province where the family of the Chief Justice is not safe, how safe would the ordinary citizen be?"he asked.

Imran also called upon the law enforcement agencies to recover Awais Ali Shah in a safe and timely manner.

Awais Ali Shah was kidnapped on Monday from a supermarket in Clifton by four masked men who were armed, according to statements from the eye witnesses. Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah held an important meeting at the CM House regarding the law and order situation of the city where the issue came under discussion.

D.G.Rangers also visited the supermarket in Clifton and sought detailed information from the supermarket's administration. It has been more than 12 hours since Awais has been kidnapped by the armed suspects.
