Imran Khan will come to Karachi: PTI spokesperson

ISLAMABAD: According to a spokesperson of the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, PTI chairman Imran Khan will soon visit Karachi to inquire after the health of Abdul Sattar Edhi and also offer his condolences to the family of Amjad Sabri.

According to details, the PTI spokesperson said that Imran Khan will come to Karachi to attend an Iftar charity dinner to collect donations for Shaukat Khanum cancer hospital. During his stay, the PTI chief will also inquire after the health of Karachi-based philanthropist Abdul Sattar Edhi, who is currently ill and hospitalized.

The PTI spokesperson said that Imran will also offer his condolences to the family of slain qawwal Amjad Sabri. Sabri was gunned down last week in Karachi when he was on his way to the studio of a private news channel.

On Tuesday, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari had also visited Amjad Sabri's residence in Liaquatabad to offer his condolences to the family of the slain qawwal.
