Political jirga gears up to end govt-PTI deadlock Agencies

ISLAMABAD: Head of political Jirga Siraj-ul-Haq and former Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Sunday met with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Punjab House Islamabad and exchanged views on the establishment of Judicial Commission (JC). All the three leaders talked to the media after the meeting. Ishaq Dar stated that a detailed reply of the letter has been given. The political Jirga is quiet positive and he is thankful of their arrival. Siraj-ul-Haq stated that the members of Jirga want solution of electoral rigging soon and are trying to resolve the matters between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI). He advised PTI leaders to return to the Parliament. Rehman Malik expressed that the nation awaits the end of deadlock and he is hopeful that the matter will be cleared in few days. He further urged the government to form the JC as early as possible. Rehman Malik added that Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) has nothing to do with any mistaken act of caretaker government.
