NewsLoad shedding will be eliminated in three years: President Mamnoon
LAHORE: President Mamnoon Hussain said on Thursday that load shedding would be eliminated from Pakistan in the next three years. The president made this statement while addressing the Horse and Cattle Show at the Fortress Stadium. “Pakistan’s industrial revolution will begin once the power crisis in the country is resolved,” President Mamnoon said. He added that 15 power projects had been started with the assistance of China and World Bank. President Mamnoon Hussain also termed corruption as a major problem plaguing Pakistan which emptied the national exchequer and placed the country in debt. He further said that the Army was successfully conducting operation Zarb-e-Azb which would continue till the last terrorist is eliminated.
