Revelations in JC hearing today are highly significant: Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan on Friday said that several revelations have come to light today in the Judicial Commission hearing, adding that the disclosure of surplus ballot papers is highly significant.
Speaking to the media after the hearing today, he went on to say that the former election commissioner for Punjab, Mehboob Anwar was not even aware how many extra ballot papers were being sent to which constituency.
Khan further said that the extra ballot papers were supposed to be printed in Rawalpindi, however, people were called from Lahore to print them.
He added that it has also come to light today that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s speech on election night violated the rules of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
De-notified PML-N MNA Khawaja Saad Rafique said today that Imran Khan is too much of in a hurry to take over the government so anything at all can be expected of him.
He went on to say that if anyone wants to see a collusion, then they should see how today Imran Khan and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) are acting together.Courtesy www.thenews.com.pk
