Shujaat, Pir Pagara discuss unification of PML with Musharraf
INPKARACHI - Key political figures, including Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, PML-F President Pir Pagara and other politicians, held a meeting with All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Chairman and former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf here on Wednesday.
They discussed the law, order and political situation in the country and pondered over a strategy as to how unify all factions of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML).
The participants of the meeting stressed the need of a broad-based alliance of the patriotic parties and political forces in the wake of what they termed “deteriorating law and order situation, political chaos and un-abiding terrorism”.
They said that the prevailing circumstances called for a daring, courageous and sagacious leadership to govern the country as the incumbent rulers were incompetent to deal with the situation in the country.
