SUKKUR - Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah has said that the promises made by Nawaz government regarding the resolution of the power crisis were not being fulfilled.

Talking to media persons on Saturday in Sukkur, he said the nation was still suffering from the torment of power outages, adding that the federal government did not fulfilled its promises of resolving the power crisis made during the election campaign by the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N).

To a question, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader said cases could be filed against Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and former law minister Rana Sanaullah if they were acquitted in the investigation of the Model Town incident.
