Nadra submits forensic report of PP-147 in election tribunal
INPLAHORE – National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) submitted forensic report of PP-147 in election tribunal on Monday.
According to details, leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shoaib Siddiqui challenged the victory of Pakistan Muslim League-N’s (PML-N’s) leader Mohsin Latif in PP-147. During the hearing, the plaintiff’s counsel told the court that a massive rigging has taken place in this constituency and demanded to summon forensic report regarding voters.
Nadra, as per court’s order, has presented the final report which will be opened in the presence of both the parties. Earlier during election, Mohsin Latif was declared winner with 36781 votes whereas Shoaib Siddique was only able to get 30174 votes in PP-147.
