Rasheed warns of dire consequences if Imran arrested
SAHIWAL: Awami Muslim League (AML) President, Sheikh Rasheed warned of dire consequences if Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was arrested.
“I will set the entire nation on fire if Imran is arrested,” Rasheed said while addressing the PTI rally here on Saturday.
Rasheed said 90 days had passed since Imran Khan’s sit-in begun and not a single glass was broken. He added that the nation was standing like the 'Great Wall of China' with Imran Khan.
The AML president said his support for Imran Khan would not waver. Rasheed added he had been asked by Babar Ghauri to become the opposition leader.
