President approves appointment of Justice Sajjad Shah as acting SHC CJ

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday approved the prime minister’s advice for appointment of Justice Sajjad Ali Shah as Acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court (SHC). He will be SHC Acting Chief Justice during the leave of Justice Faisal Arab three days, who is proceeding to Abu Dhabi on private affairs. The president approved the prime minister’s advice on a summary initiated by the Law, Justice and Human Rights Division.
