Earthquake jolts Swat, surroundings

SWAT - An earthquake of moderate intensity jolted Swat and nearby areas on Sunday.
According to details, the epicenter of the quake was the border area of Afghanistan and Tajikistan, while its depth was 10 kilometres. The earthquake was measured at 5.3 on Richter scale. However, no loss of life and property was reported.
On October 26, Pakistan was struck by an 8.1-magnitude earthquake that killed more than 300 people and injured at least 2,000 others. Northern areas - including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa - took the worst impact of the quake.
