Make new KP before creating new Pakistan, Nawaz asks protesters

UCH SHARIF: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has advised protesters in Islamabad to come forward to help flood victims if they have any feeling for the nation.

In a veiled reference to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, he said : “Go and make a naya (new) Khyber Pakhuntunkhwa if you want to create a naya Pakistan.

Addressing flood affected people in Uch Sharif, he said that some people were talking about poor from the bungalows and air conditioned containers in Islamabad.

“Some people don’t want Pakistan’s prosperity, they simply want Nawaz Sharif’s resignation,” he said, adding that resignation could not be tendered on the demand of few thousands people.

He criticized the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for what he said was worsening situation in the province.
