INP

KARACHI - Sindh Minister for Information Sharjeel Inam Memon on Wednesday demanded unconditional apology from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan over his recent remarks against the PPP supporters.

“Imran Khan should mind his language, two days back he defamed our leaders and disregarding masses which we condemn. None should indulge in such an irresponsible talk,” Memon said while addressing a press conference in Karachi.

He demanded that the PTI chairman should withdraw his statement and tender unconditional apology. He said that Imran was hurling barbs on political opponents without any proofs

“It shows what value you give to the poor masses. You speak against VIP culture but leave your own supporters on roads,” he said. The Sindh information minister condemned the PTI chief’s statement wherein he said “living corpses and sheep will attend the PPP rally”

Sharjeel Memon claimed that the PPP was going to stage big historic rally in Karachi on October 18. He said that millions of PPP supporters are waiting to listen to the historic address of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Memon said that some opponents were not ready to accept the popularity of the PPP among masses. He said he feared that streets of Karachi might look short in view of the storm of people who would be attending the PPP rally.
