Gull Butt says not affiliated with PML-N
LAHORE: Gullu Butt who is accused of damaging public property during the Model Town incident was presented in an anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday. The proceedings of the case were adjourned till October 18.
Gullu Butt who was seen smashing windows of vehicles during the Model Town incident told reporters outside the court that he was not affiliated with the PML-N. “I am a social worker and have no affiliation with the PML-N or Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.”
Gullu Butt said he did not want the popularity gained from the incident as it was embarrassing for Pakistan.
When asked about his political aspirations, Butt replied his mind had been upset with this case and he could not comment on this topic.
