PM bans unnecessary visits abroad
Nawaz issues order to observe austerity
INPISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has imposed a ban on unnecessary foreign visits of federal ministers and ministers of state to observe austerity and pay more attention over the running of their ministries.
According to reports, necessary directions have been conveyed by the office of the prime minister to all the members of the cabinet. It has been conveyed to them that conferences held in foreign countries where participation of the ministers was not essential should be left to the ambassadors to represent Pakistan.
