FO says Pakistan to bring back bodies of two Pakistanis from Libya

ISLAMABAD - Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam confirmed on Thursday that dead bodies of two ailing Pakistanis – who died in Libya – would be brought home soon.During a weekly briefing here at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tasnim said that 180 Pakistanis arrived home on Wednesday through a special flight. So far, the government has evacuated 6680 Pakistanis from Libya through special flights while 3000 of them were evacuated by chartered flights.
Tasnim said that still 360 Pakistanis were in camps in Libya and assured that the government was making sincere efforts to bring them back to home soon. To a question, she also said that dead bodies of two ailing Pakistanis – who died in Libya – would be brought home soon.
