Imran takes trip to Nathia Gali, ignores national security meeting
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was criticised on Monday by different societal sections for rejoicing with friends in Nathia Gali – while ignoring the parliamentary conference, reported a local news channel.
Khan was seen taking pictures with a group of friends that included cricket legend Wasim Akram and musician Salman Ahmad among others.
A meeting of leaders of all parliamentary parties was presided over by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad today. PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Member of National Assembly (MNA) Shireen Mazari did the job of representing the party at the meeting over national security.
The conference agreed to continue extending support to the cause of Kashmiris’ right of self-determination.
