Nation stands united against any attack: Kaira
By: APPLAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said ‘the nation is on one page and stands with the Pakistan Army to defend the country’.
He said, while talking to media persons on Sunday, that Pakistanis knows how to protect their homeland and added that the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s baseless allegations against Pakistan would damage his own country and that the passion of Pakistanis was not hidden from anyone – as history proves it.
The PPP leader said that the Kashmiris have been offering sacrifices – which would soon bear fruit in the form of their independence from India. “Kashmir will be free soon,” he added.
Kaira, to a question, said that Pakistan’s armed forces are the best in the world and its soldiers fight for the nation. However, he added that by eliminating corruption – from all levels – is vital for a stronger defence.
“Our soldiers can die while defending their country and it is not easy to kill a soldier when he is ready to die,” he maintained.
Kaira said that the entire world –including India and the United States – recognises Pakistan Army’s sacrifices in the war against terrorism.Courtesy www.dailytimes.com.pk
