PM Nawaz evaluates rain devastation in Azad Kashmir

RAWALAKOT: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif visited Azad Kashmir to evaluate the devastation caused by rains and flooding.

During his visit the prime minister was briefed on the loss of life and property caused by rains and land sliding. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed his grief over the damages caused in Azad Kashmir and other areas.

The prime minister said the damage was caused to an increase in the water flow and it was the responsibility of the state to look after those affected.

Commenting on the sit-ins, the prime minister said they were not appreciated by the nation and were considered a deterrent to growth.
