Bilawal Bhutto pays glowing tributes to Quaid-e-Azam

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party’s Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has paid glowing tributes to the Founder of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah and pledged to uphold and pursue his ideology for an egalitarian Pakistan to be a model Muslim nation on the world map.

In a message on the eve of 68th death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the PPP Chairman said that his Party remains strongest hurdle to the attempts by bigotry to inject theocracy and extremism into the ideology of Pakistan. Certainly, the PPP won’t allow any adulteration in the ideology of Quaid-e-Azam and stands guard to his vision with the unflinching support of the people of entire country, he added.

Bilawal Bhutto said that democracy, pluralism, harmony and peace can only be achieved by following the guidelines of this greatest leader of his times who won freedom for our country and people through a long democratic struggle without firing a single shot. “Unity, Faith and Discipline are as much effective and importance today as they were during the freedom movement,” PPP Chairman said adding that extremism, dictatorships and narrow-minded approaches were in fact indirect assaults on this motto of Founder of the Nation.

He said that PPP is the true torchbearer of the ideology and vision of Quaid-e-Azam and would continue to unify the whole nation with the help of masses of every nook and corner of the country despite being targeted by anti-Pakistan elements at the same time.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the best way to pay homage to our founder is to protect and promote his vision of a Pakistan where all are equal with no room for extremism, parochialism, undemocratic and unconstitutional methodologies.
