PTI Youth Wing revolts against Jahangir Tareen

ISLAMABAD: Just a few days before much-propagated ‘Raiwing March’, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is embroiled in an internal fight between Youth Wing and Secretary General Jahangir Khan Tareen.

Angry over Jahangir Tareen’s policies, party’s Youth Wing has revolted against him and has printed banners and posters calling for his removal.

PTI Additional General Secretary Saifullah Niazi also reportedly resigned from his post after developing differences with Tareen. A PTI spokesperson confirmed that Niazi has stepped down from the party post but it has not been accepted yet.

Before Youth Wing, PTI’s Labour Wing has also refused to follow Jehangir Tareen’s decisions.

Today, Imran Khan is going to announce date for Raiwind March.

Refuting news of revolt within party, secretary Information Naeem ul Haq said some people with vested interests are involved in this.
