Open Mosque Day
Shura Council is pleased to announce that Open Mosque Day(OMD) will be held on Sunday, October 7ththis year, according to an announcement. Local Mosques will be hosting their neighbors, friends and local officials. Visitors to Mosques will be given tours and learn about Islam and Muslims. Shura Council will be having a list of participating Mosques available on our website shortly.
This year our Muslim Speakers Networkprogram will be holding training for Mosque volunteers in order to train them on how to hold an OMD, give Mosque tours, answer questions from visitors, go over the do's and don'ts of OMD and More!
