Overseas Pakistanis’ Grievances to Be Heard as Raja SherazTakes Charge
Mr Muhammad Sheraz Raja has been appointed as Coordinator to deal with the grievances of overseas Pakistanis with immediate effect.
An order to this effect was issued by Governor’s Secretariat Punjab on 23rd October.
The notification entitles MrSheraz Raja to ensure the immediate addressing issues of Pakistani expatriates by working with Punjab Overseas Commission.
Notably, he is expected to keep Governor Punjab, Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar, updated with the latest developments. He will also be required to present a report to the Governor fortnightly along with his recommendations.
He has assumed charge of his post and his appointment has been welcomed by the overseas Pakistani community in the UK, the US, Europe and other countries of the world.
