Open Mosque Day Training on October 2nd

Shura Council’s  Open Mosque Day  was started in 2002, one year after the 9/11 attacks. This year we are pleased to announce our 20th Anniversary of Open Mosque Day on Saturday, October 15, 2022. After a two-year hiatus, we are pleased to invite the community to bring their friends, colleagues, and family members to an Open Mosque Day near you. A  list of participating centers  can be found here and will be updated frequently.

Some centers will be hosting their Open Mosque Day on Friday or Sunday instead of the same weekend. We encourage our member Mosques to  sign up here  to participate in Open Mosque Day Weekend. We will be holding a FREE training for Mosque staff and volunteers on Sunday, October 2 nd. P lease register here  or click on the flyer above.
