‘Domestic Violence’ Is the Topic of October 7 Khutbah

On Friday, October 7th, Shura Council is asking Khateebs to talk about domestic violence in their khutbahs. This initiative, spearheaded by  Peaceful Families Project  (PFP), is to facilitate awareness workshops for Muslim leaders and communities, providing cultural sensitivity training and technical assistance for professionals, conducting research and developing resources.

PFP is offering  talking points  and  videos  to assist khateebs to compose their khutbahs on Friday, October 7th. - Shura Council
