TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Agencies/Firms having IATA membership for supply of air
tickets from Los Angeles to Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad and back to Los Angeles in December 2017. Ticket cost
should be for both Adult and Children under the age of 12 years.

2. Interested Companies having an experience of five years are invited to send their proposal to the Head of
Chancery, Consulate General of Pakistan, 10700 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 211, Los Angeles by 11 December,
2017. The proposal should also include:

. (i) Name of Company/Firm/proprietor with address, phone number/mobile number, Fax /Email, previous
experience, current list of clients, ability to provide round the clock service, anywhere (offices/links
overseas).

(ii) Cost of domestic and overseas (destinations in Pakistan) tickets. Normal fare, promotional fare
along with discount offers on basic air fare on different airlines during high and off season.

3. Tenders will be opened at the Consulate General of Pakistan Los Angeles on 11 December, 2017 at 1700
hrs in front of all the bidders or their agents in Los Angeles. The bids will be accepted or rejected as per PPRA
rules:
